Giving As We Go - Ongoing Philanthropy Programs

Depending on who your individual real estate agent is, when you buy a home through the Phyllis Browning Company you may be invited to accept complimentary membership in one of the city’s leading nonprofit organizations, such as the San Antonio Public Library Foundation, PBS public television affiliate KLRN or the San Antonio Botanical Center.

It’s one of the ways a successful small business can give back to the community that has given so much to us.

Circle Awards

New in 2008, Phyllis Browning Company began making charitable donations in the name of the top producing agents in the company to a nonprofit organization of the agent’s choosing.  Contributions were made in the amount of $1,000 each for Pinnacle Award winners and $500 each for all agents recognized in the SuperStar category.  These awards were announced at the 2008 Circle Awards Luncheon.

Winning agents were also presented with an opportunity to promote themselves, and the chosen recipient of their contribution, in media advertising paid for by the company.
